At Thermos, we stand by the quality of our vacuum-insulated products and offer a 30-day return window for items in their original, unused condition. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help you find the perfect hydration or food storage solution.
Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
- 2.Print Your Label
Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely pack your Thermos product in its original packaging.
- 3.Ship the Item
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; please ensure the package is scanned to activate your return tracking.
- 4.Receive Your Refund
After our warehouse inspects the returned item for quality assurance, your refund will be processed back to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
